Outfit 240 resident rooms with cleanable, home-like casegoods while keeping occupied wings in service throughout the renovation.
Solution
CM-500 series in warm wood-look TFL with sealed edges, fabricated in-house and delivered floor-by-floor on a phased schedule.
Outcome
All 240 rooms delivered on schedule with zero downtime for occupied wings, and a finish that residents and staff both took to.
